MUTUAL SUPPORT FROM OTHERS
This group is open to anyone trying to quit tobacco, thinking about quitting, struggling to maintain quit or wanting support during any phase of tobacco use or quit process. We also welcome successful quitters who would like to support others in the quit process or could benefit from accountability to help maintain their quit.
We offer weekly health tips and encourage participants to share their challenges and successes to support each other in working toward goals. This is a great opportunity to talk with others in similar situations and share ideas.

This group is open to women aged 18-45 who are trying to quit tobacco, thinking about quitting, struggling to maintain quit or wanting support during any phase of tobacco use or quit process. We also welcome successful quitters who would like to support others in the quit process or could benefit from accountability to help maintain their quit.

Supervised medical exercise consisting of an initial fitness assessment and progressive resistance training, flexibility exercises, and a cardiovascular program.
A clinical exercise physiologist facilitates this program.
* Please DO NOT register prior to completing your Intake and being assigned a class time.
* Medical Release from a physician and Waiver of Liability are required prior to participation. Once your Medical Release has been received, an exercise physiologist will contact you to schedule an Intake Appointment.

DEVELOP A SENSE OF BELONGING THROUGH SHARED EXPERIENCES
Fun, creative, and lively, this series of evidence-based dance classes encourages participants to build stamina, strength and confi dence all while moving to music in a joyful and non-judgmental atmosphere.
No prior experience is necessary, and attendees are invited to take the class at their own pace and slow down or rest at any time.
Program aims to:
• Build strength and endurance
• Focus on balance and agility
• Have fun and be creative in a non-judgmental and non-competitive atmosphere
• Build community and a sense of belonging through shared experiences
Adults 65 years of age or older are encouraged to participate in this class series! Those with PD, early dementia, or individuals looking for cardiac rehabilitation are especially encouraged to participate.
Tuesdays, Dec. 3-Jan. 28 (no class 12/24) | 10-11 a.m.
Registration is Required - Participants are welcome to join for one class or all eight! Cost is $8/class or $40 for the series. Payment accepted by credit card or check payable to "Community Health & Wellness".

Running Start is a co-ed exercise program for all age groups that incorporates the proper technique of warm-up, stretching, calisthenics, and aerobic exercise tailored to your personal needs. The classes allow everyone to increase or maintain their fitness level in their own way. A clinical exercise physiologist facilitates this program.
Medical Release from a physician and Waiver of Liability are required prior to participation.
Regular physical activity improves your cardiovascular system, muscle tone, and flexibility, as well as reduces the risk of heart disease, the number one killer of adults in the United States. If you increase your physical activity level, you will improve your quality of life. You'll look better, feel better, and have more energy to enjoy your leisure time.

Mindfulness for Daily Living
with Rebecca Porter
A 4-week course to help you gain a deeper connection to the day-to-day experiences of your life through a practical approach to mindfulness.
This program will introduce a different theme each week to explore how you engage with your mind/body connection, anxiety and stress, interpersonal relationships, and technology. Both educational and experiential, each 1.5 hour class will include instruction of applicable mindfulness teachings, practices and discussion.
The class will meet Mondays – 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10 from 5:30-7:00 pm. Registration is required.
