A program designed to limit stress, reduce fatigue and promote healing for people with chronic disease.
Some unique approaches include but are not limited to:
Yoga for Daily Living: a six-week program designed for individuals with chronic disease or illness, with a goal to improve quality of life, support mental and physical endurance, and promote healing.
Yoga for Cancer: a program designed to limit stress, reduce fatigue, and promote healing for cancer patients and their caregivers, pre, post, or during traatment.
