Join us LifeStyle Medicine on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026 for Mocktails and Healthy Hour! 

Learn how to create delicious alcohol free Mocktails inspired by fresh ingredients along with nutritional and satisfying snacks.  Our Lifestyle Medicine team will  be sharing tips on how healthy choices can be both  festive and fun  while at the same time supporting well-being and a healthy lifestyle! 

During this interactive demonstration, we will make a simple summer mocktail recipe followed by “healthy hour” – socializing, community connection, and healthy snacks.

When: Thursday, July 23rd, 2026 – 4:30 to 6:30

Where:  MidCoast Parkview Social Hub
