Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

This program is designed to help people better cope with stress and life’s challenges. Mindfulness is an awareness that arises by intentionally paying attention to the present moment.
This 8-week course consists of 2½-hour weekly group classes, and a 6-hour weekend retreat.
Registration is required for the class and for the retreat on November 7, 8 AM-3 PM.
- Price is $285 per person, including the all-day retreat

Join us on November 7, 2026, from 9 am-3 pm for a MBSR Retreat.
This retreat is open to current attendees in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course and anyone who has previously participated in the 8-week course.
