A Morning of Intention

You’re invited to join us for A Morning of Intention — a thoughtfully curated experience designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

Health in Motion

Begin your morning with an invigorating, improvisational movement. This joyful session will help build stamina, strength, and confidence — all while moving to music in a supportive and uplifting environment.

Mindfulness

Next, enjoy a guided mindfulness session led by our facilitators. You’ll connect with the present moment and engage in a short writing exercise to encourage personal reflection.

Mindful Watercolor

Take some time to slow down and appreciate the world around you. We’ll use supplied watercolors to paint in a water coloring journal.

A Healthful Lunch

We’ll conclude our morning together with a wholesome, nourishing lunch — a chance to relax and socialize in good company.

In the event of inclement weather class will be rescheduled.
