- Reducing the risk of coronary heart disease, osteoporosis, Type 2 diabetes, and breast and colon cancer
- Maintaining body weight and lowering risk of obesity
- Enhancing mental well-being

Walk with a Doc Special Event
with Estelle Krestos RN, BSN
COMING SOON! Keep an eye on your email for details on our special walk event - open to all!
Be ready to join us for a unique and inspiring Walk with a Doc event featuring special guest, Curt Dale Clark- Artistic Director and Actor from Maine State Music Theater. Due to the success and Curt's role in 1776 we will be finalizing details at the end of the show run.
This is a wonderful opportunity to meet Curt (maybe additional MSMT staff), hear some stories from the stage, find out more about our local theater and engage in meaningful conversation and the role the arts and creativity play in our general well-being.
Walk will be followed by light refreshments, and some time to ask Curt questions, possibly we can convince him to sing a tune as well!
Whether you’re a regular walker or joining us for the first time, all are welcome to join in this special event. Wear your comfy shoes and bring your questions!
