Marc Provencher Chef and owner of Taverna Khione at 25 Mill Street, Brunswick 

Greek Restaurant featuring season and local food prepared using traditional Greek recipes.  Taverna Khione serves authentic Greek dishes typically found in local villages of Greece which are based on the Mediterranean diet rich in fresh, local whole foods.  The Mediterranean diet is a whole food, plant-based, healthy fats approach.  It includes the moderate use of animal proteins, limiting red meats, processed foods and sugar.  Meals are built around the use of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and nuts and centered around mindful eating and use of traditional flavors and cooking techniques used in the region.
