MaineHealth MidCoast Hospital BeFree (Local) Program offers cost free support to help your quit journey. Appointments are available for phone, Zoom, or in-person. Call 207-844-4582 to speak to a Tobacco Treatment Specialist to help develop a personalized plan that works with your lifestyle or ask your Provider to submit a referral and our team will contact you.
Maine Quitlink (ME State program) can be reached by calling 1-800-Quit-Now or www.mainequitlink.com - this is a free program offering phone and text support.
