Mid Coast Center for Community Health and Wellness

Mid Coast Hospital is celebrating Care Team Appreciation Week by hosting a “Wild Animal Alphabet” story walk on Saturday, May 10.

• Employees, their children, and family members are invited to join Carl DeMars and former President Lois Skilling on the story walk.
• Walks will be every 20 minutes beginning at 10 a.m., with the last walk scheduled at 11:40 a.m.
• Participants will meet in the Healing Garden at MaineHealth Mid Coast Hospital.

The story walk features pages of “Wild Animal Alphabet,” a children’s book by popular Maine author and illustrator Dahlov Ipcar. Each participating family will receive a copy of Ipcar’s book.
