Join us for a special Walk with a Doc event featuring Dr. Arguedas, gastroenterologist at MaineHealth Mid Coast Hospital. Dr. Arguedas will kick things off with a brief, 10-minute talk on maintaining good gastrointestinal health, followed by a 30-minute group walk through the beautiful Healing Garden.

This is a great opportunity to get active, ask questions, and connect directly with a health expert in a relaxed, informal setting. After the walk, enjoy a cold drink and light refreshments in the hospital café.
