Join Chris Toy, Bowdoin graduate, retired teacher and principal, local cooking instructor and cookbook author for Culinary Boot Camp. Participants will create their own stir-fry and leave with an extraordinary wok kit valued at $200. Wok kit includes: wok, spatula, carbon steel cleaver, sharpening hone, heavy duty, cutting board, choice of any of Chris’s cookbooks.
