Caregivers are welcome.

• Ongoing contact with health professionals
• Keep updated on latest recommendations
• Explore elements of Lifestyle medicine
• Represent the needs of other heart patients

2nd Tuesday each month, 1:30-2:30 pm, at Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab, 329 Maine Street, Brunswick, ME 04011

Participants do not need to have been a part of cardiac rehab to join in this group.
